just when i thought i was ‘over’ glee…

dearest glee, thank you for leading me back to one of the best songs of the 90s. what girl didn’t love TLC and, in particular, this song? (also, the glee version is really good)

look, usually i try to hide my love of glee, but the last two episodes have just been SO GOOD that i refuse to do it. if you missed it, santana made me cry with “landslide” last week (though, to be fair, it would have been infinitely better if gwyneth had just played guitar and left the singing to the girls). it was amazing, especially in the context of her confusion about her feelings for brittany.

moving on though, last night’s episode was…incredible. period. first, kurt sang blackbird, which was great (i wish there were video, but no luck yet). and then…then…well, this happened (watch the clip down below before you read it, if you’re going to read it). and i squealed like the 14 year-old i apparently am. and yes, this was during the whole lonely-girl-eating-take-out incident. whatever. if you didn’t have the same reaction, then you’re clearly dead inside.
